Byrd is sought after to execute marketing strategies, content development, public and media relations, social media strategies, and curate experiential outreach marketing events. Byrd's innovative and creative approach towards integrated marketing communications (IMC) has allowed her to flourish in assisting companies and entrepreneurs in strategies that hone in on their mission. With a strong background in marketing development, Jessica has built a career centered on creating impactful brand strategies and engaging with diverse audiences. Over the years, Jessica has honed expertise in brand management, content creation, and strategic communications, driving measurable results for clients and organizations. Known for a keen eye for detail and an ability to blend creativity with data-driven strategies, Jessica has successfully managed campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they resonate with target markets and enhance brand visibility.

Alongside a thriving career in marketing, Jessica has a deep passion for fashion and styling.  This passion has afforded Jessica the privilege to style photo shoots, social media campaigns, and  assist entrepreneurs and career executives with personal branding. This passion inspired her  to launch *The Style Authority*, a personal branding and styling consultancy dedicated to helping career executives refine their image and achieve their goals with confidence. Through personalized styling, Jessica empowers clients to elevate their personal brand and align their appearance with their professional aspirations, knowing that confidence in style can play a key role in career success. 

Byrd resides in Detroit, MI with her husband and two children, and is currently on a mission to serve her community and youth.
